Playa

We recently celebrated a special occasion here and it was wonderful, thanks to chef Bill Briand.   The Redfish on the Half Shell is a less common way to prepare this delicious fish and he nailed it.  The Fried Coconut Grouper and the Island Gulf Shrimp are also highly recommended.  If you are celebrating a special occasion, Playa at Sportman Marina might be just what you are looking for.
