Where to begin? This home is a guest favorite for good reason. This is no ordinary beach vacation home. The lower level, beautifully decorated and meticulously maintained private home, consists of three bedrooms and loads of living and deck space. Head upstairs and you'll find a separate suite complete with full bath, kitchenette and private deck. This home is ideal for groups traveling together that don't want too much togetherness!

Meticulously maintained, easy access to 2 community pools and tennis/pickleball and directly across the street from the beach access boardwalk. One of the things that separates this home from the others is the fabulous outdoor space and magnificent views. Gulf views? Check! Private back decks overlooking wildlife preserve? Check! Plus, loads of space for playing, relaxing or just hanging out under the home. Pro-Tip: Plan to spend much of your time on the front and back decks to take advantage of the upgraded deck furniture and the stunning views.

The Space

The designer, well equipped kitchen has a built-in ice maker conveniently located in the island. The cooks in your group will appreciate the stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops and generous breakfast bar with counter seating.

There are three beautifully decorated bedrooms are located on this lower level. The first has a King Master with a private bath with a soaking tub, walk in shower and double vanity. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and shares a bath with the third bedroom, which has a set of Full over Full bunks and a set of Twin over Twin bunks. And, as an added plus, all 4 bedrooms have access to a balcony and exterior access to the ground level.

Upstairs is a private oasis! You'll find a spacious King suite with a private bath with walk in shower. There is a mini kitchen with a 4-burner flat top cook stove, full sized fridge, microwave, sink and a Keurig. There's even a desk so you can preserve your beach memories in your journal, while they're still fresh in your mind.

On the ground level, under the house, you will find a charcoal BBQ pit and another picnic table as well as an un-enclosed cold-water shower and foot wash area.

For added security and peace of mind, the home is equipped with two outdoor security cameras. No pets are permitted at this home and this policy is strictly enforced.

Fort Morgan

Morgantown is a lovely, unique seaside community featuring two swimming pools, a kiddie pool, two lighted tennis/pickleball courts and several beach access boardwalks. When you first arrive, you'll notice pride of ownership in this pastel colored, beautifully landscape neighborhood. Guests really enjoy walking and biking along the quiet streets and many rent golf carts and enjoy sunset drives. If you have small children or just prefer the convenience of parking close to the beach, there is a public lot just to the west of Morgantown.

Located a scenic 15 miles from Gulf Shores, you'll find everything you need close at hand. Dollar General and Sassy Bass Market are just a few miles away and have all the basics you might need. There are several restaurants nearby offering a variety of tasty dishes. Tacky Jack's, Sassy Bass (2 locations), Coast and brand-new Jesse's (opening soon) to name a few. Some venues even offer live, local entertainment.

Fort Morgan fishing pier is now open, and anglers will have access to convenient inshore fishing and the abundant species locally available.
