Looking for an affordable beach vacation close to the heart of Gulf Shores? Sunchase #112 has got you covered! This cozy condo is just minutes from several restaurants and shops, and the beach, pool and hot tub are just steps away.

Sunchase #112 has two bedrooms. The master has a Queen bed and a TV. The second bedroom has a full bed. There is no TV in this bedroom. Both bedrooms share a bath which features a separated vanity area.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need to prepare simple meals and there is a stacked washer/dryer combo in an alcove off the hallway.

The comfortable living/dining area has a sleeper sofa which brings the max occupancy up to 6.

Pack your suit and flip flops and come chase the sun at Sunchase #112. We'll see you there!

* Covered parking for 1 Vehicle Only (Parking Spot will not fit oversized vehicles). Parking pass is required and is $35 (included with booking fees).
Additional parking is available from a private vendor across the street (NW corner) at $40.00 per vehicle.
* Renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
* There is no elevator in this complex

Let me start by sayingI had never rented anything of VRBO. It was a fast and easy process. Sunchase 112 is a two bedroom,one bath unit. It was a nice place to stay, everything we wanted to do was three miles or less away. It has easy access to the beach, and the beach is one of the cleanest I have ever been to. The condo had everything you would possibly need to cook with ( even though we brought our own). It was perfect for my family of 3. The only issue someone might have is, each unit has its own numbered parking space. The spot for 112 is under a set of stairs. Our car fit fine but if you have a large size SUV, it may not fit. When I had a issue the owner was very quick to respond to a text. I highly recommend and would stay here again.

On the beach but we faced the road. Common things like mats in the bedrooms, coffee table, room in closet to hang anything (cluttered) were absent.

Very clean rental property. Wouldn’t actually say it is beachfront but it’s very close to the beach. Very coastal vibes. The amenities were great. Are definitely going to plan on coming back again.

Only steps to the beach! We’ve stayed in this complex before, however, this was one of the nicest condos.
