Buena Vista 203 is ideally located and within walking distance to all your favorite restaurants and shops. Pro-Tip: If it isn't a beach day, you'll love the convenience of the beachfront pool!
The Space
You'll find a comfortable and inviting living room as well as a dining table in this open floor plan unit. The ample kitchen allows for simple meal preparation should you choose to dine in. The breakfast bar separates the kitchen and dining and provides additional dining/entertaining space.
One of the bedrooms has a king bed as well as a private en suite bathroom and balcony access. The second bedroom also has a king size bed and shares the hall bath. There is an air mattress which provides additional sleeping. In all, this condo can accommodate 6 guests.
2 parking passes are included in your booking fees and will be left in the unit upon your arrival.

My family and I chose this location for our first ever visit to the Gulf Shores. The condo was clean and had all necessary supplies for a relaxing family stay. The location was perfect for our needs. There was a beautiful view of the gulf from the porch. Access to the beach was very easy and there was a good set up to wash off the sand. The Pool was well maintained and just the right size. The location of the condo is not too far from local shops and restaurants which makes it easy to walk or ride a bike to. We really enjoyed our short stay there.

Very clean, great location and no drama! Only negative is the lack of a grilling area. We never did grill but have never stayed at a place that didn’t at least have an area designated to do so.

Condo was comfortable and clean. Nice size balcony overlooking the ocean. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, flatware and cookware. We didn't have any problems.

My friend and I thought this was a great getaway from cold and cloudy Iowa! We loved the location! The beds were very comfortable and there is plenty of closet/dresser space. Checkin was great as we received code via email. Our only suggestion is to look into replacing the living room recliner and couch. Neither were very comfortable.

Location was not same as that pictured online! We did not have a beachfront property!

If you review the photos, there is one taken from the balcony which clearly shows the view of the water. You are correct, it is not beachfront but there is a nice side view. We are wondering if the pool photo caused the confusion since it is beachfront . We will work to modify the description to avoid misunderstandings in the future. Everything was perfect. The only issue was the extremely rude man that put a boot on our car with parking pass on dash.

It was Fair. The problem we had was the chesk-in time. The unit was ready, but we had to wait until after 4 PM. not good customer service. After talking to another renter, they told me they were able to check in earlier since their unit was ready.

We really enjoyed our stay and the condo was great. Very roomy and clean, nice location. Could view the beach from a side view, would have liked a direct view, but nice to be able to see it just the same. I liked the fact that it was not in a large complex, more quaint. I would definitely stay there again. The only negative, the mattresses were sagging in the middle from wear.
