The Highlights

Chateau K Sea offers the best of both worlds. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, you'll have the peace and privacy that you want while on vacation, yet you are a very short stroll from two pools, tennis/pickleball courts and 4 beach access boardwalks. The first thing you'll notice when you arrive is the screened in porch on the ground level which provides additional outdoor living space. There are also two large balconies, one on each level and a small balcony outside the kitchen. For the grill masters, you'll find both a gas grill as well as a Pit Boss pellet grill (pellets included!) Pro Tip: Fort Morgan Gear Rentals offers golf cart rentals starting at $400/week and they deliver. Convenient neighborhood golf cart parking is located at the base of one of the beach access boardwalks.

The Space

Newly built in 2019, this home presents a gourmet kitchen, two scenic balconies, and a TV in every bedroom. You’ll love the soothing driftwood colors, wood laminate floors, plantation shutters and top-quality furnishings. The pristine kitchen is equipped with a full suite of stainless-steel appliances, stone countertops, and a kitchen island.

You'll find two bedrooms on the lower level, one with a queen and one with a twin over full bunk. These two rooms share a hall bath. Head upstairs you you'll find two bedrooms, both with deck access as well as a private bath. One room has a King bed and the other a Queen.

For those small guests, this home is equipped with a high chair, booster seat and pack ‘n play.

Fort Morgan and Morgantown

Morgantown is a lovely, unique seaside community featuring two swimming pools, a kiddie pool, two lighted tennis/pickleball courts and several beach access boardwalks. When you first arrive, you'll notice pride of ownership in this pastel colored, beautifully landscape neighborhood. Guests really enjoy walking and biking along the quiet streets and many rent golf carts and enjoy sunset drives. If you have small children or just prefer the convenience of parking close to the beach, there is a public lot just to the west of Morgantown.

Located a scenic 15 miles from Gulf Shores, you'll find everything you need close at hand. Dollar General and Sassy Bass Market are just a few miles away and have all the basics you might need. There are several restaurants nearby offering a variety of tasty dishes. Tacky Jack's, Sassy Bass (2 locations), Coast and brand-new Jesse's (opening soon) to name a few. Some venues even offer live, local entertainment.

Fort Morgan fishing pier is now open, and anglers will have access to convenient inshore fishing and the abundant species locally available.

Be sure and visit nearby Bon Secour Wildlife Refuge with over 7,000 acres of coastal habit. You'll be able to hike through the preserve and observe local flora and fauna.

Outdoor Area & Amenities

Two balconies are each fitted with a four-person table. Fire up the gas grill for an afternoon cookout. In the evening, gather around the wood-burning firepit.

Unenclosed outdoor hot/cold water shower.

Beach chairs, beach toys, an umbrella, a wagon, tennis rackets, and balls are also provided in the rental. (Subject to change)

Parking notes: Parking is available for 4 cars (2 under the carport and 2 in the driveway).
RVs, trailers, and 4-wheelers are not permitted on-site. Please review the allotted number of vehicles to prevent towing.
