One of the Morgantown community pools is heated; however, pool temperatures are maintained by the HOA and cannot be guaranteed.
Dog-friendly property. Up to two dogs are welcome with a $100 pet fee per dog.
Minimum rental age is 25. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Exterior security cameras are located beneath the home for property monitoring when vacant. Cameras are disabled during guest stays to ensure privacy.
