EXPERIENCE
When you book with Coastal View Vacations, you're not just booking a vacation home. You're booking with a local team that understands what makes a great vacation rental experience.
Our team brings decades of combined vacation rental and property management experience to every stay. And we're not just property managers — we're vacation rental owners ourselves.
We know what guests expect because we vacation in rental homes, too. We understand the little things that can make a big difference, from a spotless home and comfortable beds to responsive communication and having the right amenities when you arrive.
With nearly 100 vacation homes under our management, our experienced local team is here to help you choose the right home, answer your questions and take care of you throughout your stay.
CARE
When you book directly with Coastal View Vacations, you're speaking with people who have actually been inside the vacation home you're renting.
Our local team knows our properties because we personally care for them. Each year, our homes receive seasonal inspections, routine maintenance and the preparation they need before guests arrive. We know the homes, the neighborhoods and the Gulf Shores area — because we're here.
And our experience goes beyond property management. Our team has decades of combined vacation rental experience, and we own vacation rentals ourselves. We understand both sides of the vacation rental experience: what it takes to properly care for a home and what guests expect when they arrive for their vacation.
When you book through a large online travel agency, you're often communicating with a customer service representative whose job is to facilitate a reservation — not someone who has personally walked through your vacation home or knows the property firsthand.
There's a difference between booking a property and booking with people who know the property.
When you book directly with Coastal View Vacations, you're choosing local experience, personal service and a team that takes pride in the homes we manage.
Book direct. Talk to people who know your home.
