Be among the very first guests to stay in this new, custom-built home in the heart of Morgantown. The second-tier location is unbeatable. You will be directly across the street from a beach access boardwalk and just a few homes away from one of the neighborhood's two swimming pools. The owners of Amazing Grace designed this home with families in mind, and we are confident it will be a perfect fit for yours.

The Space
The main level features an open living area with a fully equipped kitchen and dining space, ideal for reconnecting after a day at the beach. Three bedrooms are located on this level.
The primary bedroom has a king bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate soaking tub. A second bedroom also offers a king bed and private bath with a double vanity and tub-shower combination. The third bedroom includes a twin over full bunk bed, with a full hall bathroom located just outside the room. A washer and dryer are conveniently located on this floor as well.
Upstairs, you’ll find four more bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Each of the two upstairs king bedrooms offers direct access to a bathroom. The two bunk rooms, each outfitted with two twin over twin bunk beds, access the bathrooms from the hallway. A large second living area separates the bunk rooms, creating the perfect hangout space for kids, cousins, and friends. This floor also has access to an upper deck off the common area, giving everyone the opportunity to enjoy the views.
For the safety and peace of mind of our guests, this property is equipped with a Ring doorbell.
Fort Morgan and Morgantown
Morgantown is a charming coastal community with two swimming pools, a kiddie pool, two lighted tennis and pickleball courts, and multiple beach boardwalks. When you arrive, you will immediately notice the pride of ownership in this beautifully landscaped, pastel-colored neighborhood. Guests love walking and biking along the quiet streets, and many choose to rent golf carts for sunset rides.
For those with young children or those who prefer easy beach access, a public parking area is available just west of the neighborhood.
Located just 15 miles from Gulf Shores, you will find all the essentials nearby. Dollar General and Sassy Bass Market are just a few miles away and stocked with everyday necessities. Dining options are plentiful, including Tacky Jack's, Coast, Sassy Bass (with two locations), and the new Jesse's on the Bay. Some restaurants also feature live music from local artists.
Anglers will be happy to know the Fort Morgan fishing pier is open, providing easy access to excellent inshore fishing.
Nature lovers should not miss the nearby Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge, home to over 7,000 acres of preserved coastal habitat. With four trails offering a variety of terrain and scenery, it is a must-visit for those who enjoy hiking and wildlife observation.

This home was perfect for our 3 families (could have held 4 comfortably). The home was clean, well maintained, and a surprisingly SHORT walk to the beach (like 30 yards to the boardwalk that is flat (no stairs) and takes you directly to the beach. Ice machine was a game changer, fridge had tons of space, kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable. Communications with management company were smooth. Highly recommend!

My extended family has a destination Thanksgiving every few years and we held this last one at Amazing Grace. A few of us did research on the best place to stay in Gulf shores for 12-16 people and to meet our families needs and this was the one!
The description was accurate for location, rooms, and amenities. If there's one thing to add it's that the photos don't do the main living room/dining area/kitchen justice. It's quite large and could fit everyone comfortably. Everything was clean and the kitchen had what it needed for most of what we wanted to cook/bake.
The owner's/property manager were communicative, helpful, and professional.
Everyone loved this vacation rental!

This was our second stay here. We enjoyed the amenities and location of this beautiful home. Morgantown is a great community to vacation in as it is very family friendly. Lots of open family space and multiple bedrooms allowing space for lots of kids and grandkids in this vacation home.

We stayed at Amazing Grace beach rental for a week and it was great. Everything about the house was good. The kitchen and open areas were plenty big enough for all 19 of us which is really nice. The place was clean and very pretty. Only a short walk across the Boardwalk each day to the beach was nice as well. We would come back to thes house for sure.

We had a wonderful time staying in the house. The home was well equiped with everything we needed to enjoy a week with our extende family. Most days we went to the beach which was easily accessible with the boardwalk just a few houses away. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for 17 people.

This was perfect for a larger family. House was so clean and had everything we needed. The beach was just a walk over the dunes. We took a golf cart but never used it due to being right at the beach.
