You are a short stroll to both the neighborhood pools and tennis/pickleball courts but also the beach access boardwalk. The neighborhood is well suited to biking and walking. Often, guests rent golf carts and take advantage of the golf cart parking lot near one of the neighborhood boardwalks. You can also park at the large pool.

Located on the gulf side of scenic Ft. Morgan Road between mile markers 6 and 7, the Morgantown community features two swimming pools and two tennis courts. There are four community beach access & boardwalks to the beach. The neighborhood is walking & biking friendly.
