Best of all, Blessings in the Sand is just a short stroll to the beach. If you are looking for an updated home with awesome views and pool and tennis access, it does not get any better than this! Pro Tip: The carport runs the length of the house, allowing you to pull in and out without ever putting your car in reverse.
The Space
The main rooms are open and airy so everyone can be in on planning the day's activities, and the cook doesn't have to miss out on anything while preparing a meal. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you'll need to prepare simple meals for those nights when you choose to dine in. The comfortable living room has ample seating as well which makes this space ideal for watching the large screen TV or just relaxing. And a large dining table that provides seating for 9 and three stools for countertop dining mean everyone can enjoy dinner at the same time.
In this one-story home, you'll find two King bedrooms, both with private baths. There is also a Queen and Twin room and a Queen and Twin/Twin bunk. There is an additional full bath as well as a convenient half bath. Lots of options for large groups or multiple families sharing a beach house. All four bedrooms have TVs and there is wireless internet throughout the home.

Heritage Shores is a nice neighborhood for families with children. The pools and beach are a close walk from the house. Our family also stayed at Blessings in June 2022. The living room furniture has been updated and the kitchen refreshed since our visit last year. What a nice surprise for us.

This is a beautiful and relaxing house. It is clean and well maintained with amazing covered deck areas...our favorite place to relax. It is a short walk to the beach...easy for our kiddos and a lovely neighborhood. The kids loved the pool that you could see from our front deck.

Our family had an amazing beach vacation at this house! Just a few minutes walk to the beach, pool, basketball court, ping-pong, it was awesome! There was a minor plumbing repair needed when we arrived that was handled quickly by the property manager. The house was super clean and smelled good. All appliances worked great. There is only a small snippet of beach that is view-able from the back deck, but we knew that going in. We love Ft. Morgan and will definitely be back for more "Blessings in the Sand!"

First time to Alabama Beaches. Would recommend any of the beaches. This property was exactly as advertised and very clean and roomy. Loved having the outdoor shower to reduce sand being brought into the property. Will DEFINITELY stay here again in the future

I have stayed in the Heritage Shores community before with my family but in a different rental. This year’s rental was noticeably better maintained and cared for. Walk out the back door and you’re a 2 minute walk down to the public access beach. Walk out the front door and you’re a minute walk from the community pools. This rental had everything we were looking for.

We are here now and leaving in the morning. It has been a great week. This is a nice house in a nice community. It is very well stocked and clean. Very short walk to the beach which you can see from the balcony.Diffenty want to come back in better weather so kids can play in Ocean and pool.Extremely happy with this booking and will do so again.

We enjoyed our stay at blessings in the sand. It has a very well stocked kitchen for cooking. We had 8 adults and 2 dogs and did not feel cramped in the house. There was plenty of seating for all of us in the living room and at the kitchen table. The only complaints are that the queen bed in the bunk room needs to be replaced. When 2 people lay down in it the bed collapses in the middle so that both people and up rolling to the middle. Also the shower head in the king bedroom with the tub shower did not work. So you could only take a bath and not a shower in that bathroom.

We loved the house. It was comfortable and relaxed and clean and had everything we needed. The porches were great and the gates made us able to enjoy the porches with our three little ones and dog. It was an easy walk to the beach. It was perfect and we look forward to a return visit. Do bring extra large garbage bags because the kitchen trash is larger than kitchen bags and maybe a few extra bath towels.

This spacious home was perfect for our family. Its location to the beach and pools was convenient and within easy walking distance. We enjoyed having front and rear balconies. With a well equipped kitchen we stayed in and cooked meals more.
Coastal View Vacations was easy to work with and quickly answered any questions that I had about the rental. I would definitely recommend them and hope to vacation in Blessings in the Sand again.

The house was only steps from the beach, which we LOVED!
I Texted the property management to replace the air filter and he came right over.
The kitchen wea very stocked with anything you would need.
The beds (mattresses) and pillows really need to be replaced but was clean.
The master bathroom needed to be cleaned better and there was some mold in the shower.
Overall, we had a great trip with beautiful weather.

This house is beautiful. The layout is perfect. The area is perfect for kids. The beach is not crowded. Loved it so much. The only thing I was disappointed about was the half bath. In the main listing it says 4 bathrooms. But in the break down it does say one half bath. Just a minor negative. Most everything else was perfect. Plus I messaged with questions a few times and I received prompt responses. Highly recommend!!

We enjoyed our stay at Blessings in the Sand. This property was as good, if not better, than advertised. The location was perfect with just a short walk to the beach and even shorter to the pool. The management company was helpful and responsive and the check in/out procedures were not overly cumbersome. With just a short drive to Tacky Jacks and Sassy Bass, we were able to enjoy dining out without having to travel far. The beach was clean and easy to enjoy. Not only would we recommend this property to family and friends but we hope to make it back next year

My children and I had a wonderful stay here! We had some family friends with us, too, and there was plenty of space. It was clean and the house is layed out well. We come to this area for spring break regularly, and we will definitely seek this property out again.
