The Highlights
This popular home now has an updated beachy feel with a brand-new kitchen, paint, flooring and baths. But of course, the location hasn't changed, and it is still located adjacent to one of the neighborhood beach access boardwalks. Feel like heading to the pool instead of the beach? It is just two houses away, so it is equally convenient. Plus, the ever popular screened in porch allows you to hear, see and feel the beach air from inside! Pro-Tip: Book this home if you want the convenience of beach front without the price tag!
The Space
The cooks in your group will be pleased to find a well-equipped kitchen, for those evenings when you choose to dine in. You'll love the gorgeous new granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances.
The floor plan is open making it ideal for vacationers. You'll appreciate the beach views from the back deck and will enjoy that space for stargazing, sunning or watching the Blue Angels if you happen to be there on a practice day.
The king-sized primary bedroom has a private en suite bath as well as balcony access. Imagine waking up to the gorgeous sunrise over the water each morning! There are two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a full as well as a bunk room with two twin over full beds. One of the sofas is a sleeper which means there is room for everyone. All in all, Changes in Attitude sleeps 14.

There is even an enclosed outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand before heading inside.
* Renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Fort Morgan and Morgantown
Morgantown is a lovely, unique seaside community featuring two swimming pools, a kiddie pool, two lighted tennis/pickleball courts and several beach access boardwalks. When you first arrive, you'll notice pride of ownership in this pastel colored, beautifully landscape neighborhood. Guests really enjoy walking and biking along the quiet streets and many rent golf carts and enjoy sunset drives. If you have small children or just prefer the convenience of parking close to the beach, there is a public lot just to the west of Morgantown.
Located a scenic 15 miles from Gulf Shores, you'll find everything you need close at hand. Dollar General and Sassy Bass Market are just a few miles away and have all the basics you might need. There are several restaurants nearby offering a variety of tasty dishes. Tacky Jack's, Sassy Bass (2 locations), Coast and brand-new Jesse's (opening soon) to name a few. Some venues even offer live, local entertainment.
Fort Morgan fishing pier is now open, and anglers will have access to convenient inshore fishing and the abundant species locally available.
Be sure and visit nearby Bon Secour Wildlife Refuge with over 7,000 acres of coastal habit. You'll be able to hike through the preserve and observe local flora and fauna. There are 4 trails, varying in size and terrain, and you'll definitely want to make time to visit this natural oasis.
Unfortunately, this property is not available to student spring break groups. Families and those over age 25 are welcome!
Up to two dogs with a pet fee of $100 per dog (pet fee will be applied after booking) are permitted. Please let us know if you plan to bring your pet.

First time ever to stay in Ft Morgan. The location is perfect and the house was perfect. We were able to bring both of our pets. We really enjoyed our stay and will rent through this company again. We had absolutely zero issues. See y’all next year!

This was the second year in a row staying at this particular location. The house was clean and in good order. The location to both the beach and pool are perfect. The house was exactly as described both years. We already have plans on going next year. The customer service/management was fantastic. They were able to get me checked in early this year and even contacted me to make sure everything was going well. I was never given a generic message but spoke with via email, text, and phone to a real person. Overall we were completely satisfied and can’t wait for next year. We did do some fishing from Fort Morgan pier and ate at Sassy Bass both were great.

It was very quiet and serene. It is steps from the beach it had all the accommodations you could need. There is even an outside shower and a restroom downstairs just in case. We enjoyed our time there. It could use a screen door on the master bedroom that opens to the deck.

We loved staying here. The house is perfect and huge. Super close to the beach and in a cute little community. Felt very safe with other homes nearby, but not too close to other people. We were able to spend every day on the beach with our pup and will for sure be back. Management company was super responsive with anything we needed. Highly recommend.

Easy booking and no contact arrival. Door code emailed as promised. Great location; steps from the beach and the community pool. House was very clean and lots of room for all our family. There is a bonus bathroom with a shower downstairs. Enjoyed the stay and would rent again.

Loved this house! Plenty of room for 8 adults, 5 little ones, and 2 dogs. Perfect location, right beside beach access and nice beach view even though it is 3rd row. Definitely recommend for large groups!

This property has everything you need for your beach vacation. House is spacious and the kitchen is well stocked if you choose to cook in. The neighborhood is a gem with 2 great neighborhood pools and is very family and pet friendly. We especially enjoyed the back porch and screened porch where you could listen to the waves crashing on the sand. This area has some of the most beautiful beaches we’ve seen so don’t wait-book today...the beach is calling.

We had an excellent time at Changes in Attitude. The location was ideal next to the boardwalk for beach access. The house was more than enough room and had everything we needed. Owner was very responsive. Lost our AC one night and had a repair person out the next morning (on a holiday!). She also kept us updated on other contractors visiting the space so we could be prepared. Highly recommend and would love to come back again!
