Because the weather can be amazing any month of the year, The Crazy Pearl is perfect for those vacationers that appreciate fabulous outdoor space. Of course, the private pool is the centerpiece of this private, single-family home. But you'll also be able to take advantage of covered and uncovered deck space, complete with comfortable seating as well as a dining table and chairs. Settle into one of the rockers on the upper deck and take advantage of the ocean breeze and the limited water views. Or, if the mood strikes you, lounge poolside and soak up the rays. Under the house you'll find more seating, a picnic table and the always popular outdoor grill.
Living Area
The welcoming living room features comfortable furnishings and bright colors to complement the tropical mood of the coastal surroundings. Unwind on a sofa and two plush armchairs for a movie screening on a 50” flat screen TV.
Kitchen & Dining
The well-equipped kitchen features upgraded appliances, fully stocked cabinets, and ample countertop space including a breakfast bar with seating for four.
The dining area includes a six-person table for sharing meals, evening board games, or a round of cards.
Bedrooms & Baths
The luxurious primary bedroom is outfitted with a king-size bed, 42” TV, armchair, and a bar area with a wine fridge and coffee maker. French doors open to a third story covered balcony overlooking the pool. The private bath has a tub/shower combination.
The second bedroom includes a queen-size bed, 30” TV, an armchair, and a closet. The second bath features a tub/shower combination. A third guest room has two twin/twin bunks, a flat-screen TV, and a closet.
The living room also has two sofa sleepers for additional sleeping for 4 guests.
Outdoor Areas
Retreat to the private pool and expansive surrounding deck; recline on seven lounge chairs and soak up the sunshine. Grab a crisp beverage and unwind on the second-story deck equipped with an outdoor sofa, two armchairs, two chaise lounge chairs, two zero gravity chairs, al fresco dining, and views of the pool. A third-story deck can be accessed via the master and includes comfortable seating for three. Kick back in the breezy covered grill area with a picnic table.
While we make every effort to keep the pool operational and available for use, sometimes issues outside our control arise and the pool may not be available for use for all or part of a stay.
* Parking is available for three vehicles.
* Renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Nice place. Loved the area- close to the beach but off the main road, nice walking path right out front, nice selection of restaurants a short drive away. Loved the fenced yard and large patio/deck (didn't get to test out the pool since it was a little too cold when we visited, but it looked nice and it was cleaned regularly). Pretty clean (mattress cover on master bed could use a good washing though). Master bedroom was nice-bed was comfy and nice upper deck. Master bathroom shower could use some work (slow draining tub and rusty shower curtain rod), but we just used the shower in the other bathroom. Management company was great to work with- quick to respond and very accommodating.

This was the perfect stay for my wife and I with our four young adult children. The pool was fantastic and a great place to relax when we were all beached out. Would book this location again without a doubt.

We had a nice stay here. Close walk to the beach. I even was able to walk a little over a mile to a nice coffee shop from the home. Loved that the dogs could come stay too. The patios and pool were so nice. We felt relaxed during our entire stay.

The house is in a great location with the city and with activities. The beach is close enough that you can easily walk and bars/ restaurants are a very short drive or bike ride. The pool was great and big enough for many people, with enough room to swim and relax at the same time. I would for sure recommend to a friend that wanted to be off the main drag and have a quiet relaxing stay.

This house has so much potential to be a wonderful vacation house. We enjoyed our stay and the pool was great to have for the kids. I was a little let down that the floors were pretty dirty, lots of hair, pet and human. I also found random trash and a half empty water bottle by the pool. I told the property manager and they didn't seem super concerned. So if you have a complaint contact them IMMEDIATELY and maybe they will be more responsive. Other than that, it was a nice place with a lot of space. Just make sure you bring your own everything, it really is bare bones.

We stayed with kids and grandkids. The location was close to the beach accesses. The salt water pool with the four corner landings was perfect for parents enjoying the pool with their kids. We also enjoyed the walking path across the street. The outdoor living spaces were a hit.

The house was good but the outside entertainment area was excellent!!!! The pool area is fantastic! We will rent here again just because of that!!! All the furniture was composite and had enough seating on all levels for outside lounging!!!! Loved not being on the main road, traffic on the main road was nuts!!! I wish there would have been a list of things the house offered (k cup or regular coffee pot?, blender, crock pot,electric skillet) by the way it offers all of the above. Will go back here for sure!!!!

The Crazy Pearl was a great property for a relaxing, quiet and lovely vacation. The common living and outdoor space were very comfortable and spacious. Great for entertaining or just hanging out. The pool area was a great are to hang out. The beach was an easy 5 minute walk. The beds were very comfortable, best sleep in ages. Open floor plan and spacious kitchen were perfect for our 2 week stay.

Overall it was a very nice experience. There are a few things that need to repaired on the steps and deck(nails sticking up and a bad board on the steps) and there were no towels in the lower bathroom, otherwise everything was very nice. Plenty of cookware and pots and pans for any need, appliances were very nice. We would stay there again.
