HIghlights
One of the best features of this home is the location. Just a few steps from one of the two neighborhood pools and just a few steps further to the beach access boardwalk. Yet, located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, this home offers the best of both worlds. Pro-Tip: Walk past the pool for a short cut to the beach!
The Space
Step inside and you'll discover updated, comfortable furnishings in the spacious living room and a well-equipped kitchen. There is a dining table as well as counter seating for mealtime and lots of outdoor seating to enjoy that gulf breeze.
There is one bedroom with a Queen bed on the lower level as well as a full bath. Upstairs you’ll find a King room with a twin over full bunk with twin trundle. The third room has two twin over twin bunk beds. Dream Weaver comfortably sleeps 12 beach goers.
There is a conveniently located, partially enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water.
* Snowbirds inquire about special off-season, long-term stays.
* Renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Fort Morgan and Morgantown
Morgantown is a lovely, unique seaside community featuring two swimming pools, a kiddie pool, two lighted tennis/pickleball courts and several beach access boardwalks. When you first arrive, you'll notice pride of ownership in this pastel colored, beautifully landscape neighborhood. Guests really enjoy walking and biking along the quiet streets and many rent golf carts and enjoy sunset drives. If you have small children or just prefer the convenience of parking close to the beach, there is a public lot just to the west of Morgantown.
Located a scenic 15 miles from Gulf Shores, you'll find everything you need close at hand. Dollar General and Sassy Bass Market are just a few miles away and have all the basics you might need. There are several restaurants nearby offering a variety of tasty dishes. Tacky Jack's, Sassy Bass (2 locations), Coast and brand-new Jesse's (opening soon) to name a few. Some venues even offer live, local entertainment.
Fort Morgan fishing pier is now open, and anglers will have access to convenient inshore fishing and the abundant species locally available.
Be sure and visit nearby Bon Secour Wildlife Refuge with over 7,000 acres of coastal habit. You'll be able to hike through the preserve and observe local flora and fauna. There are 4 trails, varying in size and terrain, and you'll definitely want to make time to visit this natural oasis.

We had such a great time. The place was perfect for us. The community is very nice and everyone is so friendly. Had an issue with the air conditioner and the property manager send someone out right away. Would definitely stay here again!

Big enough to bring the whole family, short walk to the beach. Only complaint is the bed in the first floor bedroom was very uncomfortable, we ended up sleeping on the couch all week, which was very comfy just not convenient

This was a great vacation experience- booking was easy, payment was easy, receiving information on my upcoming stay was great. There were no hiccups! And what a beautiful place to stay- just steps from the pool or the Gulf of Mexico! The home is lovely, plenty of space, felt very at home! Loved it!

We had a great experience at Dream Weaver! Loved the location! We did rent a golf cart from a local company and that really made it easy to get 8 of us to and from the beach. We also loved how the rooms were set up. My husband and I used the master. Teen boys in the bunk room and girls in the other room! Living room couch was huge and so comfy! We brought our dog and she had a blast too! And the property manager was so helpful! Will definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time! Great location! Great rental! Property was not very clean upon arrival and had a foul odor, but we did not let that spoil our trip.

Dream Weaver recently had a change of ownership, and the new owner is very focused on providing wonderful guest experience. He's already started to update the home, and you likely noticed the new living room furniture and fresh paint. As you mentioned, the home is situated on a quiet cul de sac and close to both the pool and beach access. The home has been solidly booked and there has been no mention of an odor by guests, cleaners or property managers before or after your stay.
