The Space

The fully stocked gourmet kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, including an Instant Pot, air fryer, and crockpot—perfect for everything from quick breakfasts to family dinners. The dining area and open layout make it easy for everyone to stay connected.
Thoughtfully designed with a blend of coastal charm and modern comfort, the home is ideal for guests of all ages.

Outdoor Living
One of the highlights of Fins & Flamingos is the two oversized sun decks, perfect for enjoying the coastal breeze and panoramic views of both the Gulf of Mexico and Mobile Bay. Comfortable outdoor furnishings provide the perfect setting for morning coffee, afternoon relaxation, or sunset cocktails.
Beach access is just steps away, leading to the beautiful and dog-friendly Fort Morgan beaches, where you can enjoy long walks, swimming, shell hunting, and endless fun in the sand.
About Fort Morgan
Located a scenic 15 miles west of Gulf Shores, Fort Morgan offers a peaceful coastal atmosphere while still providing easy access to essentials and dining.
Nearby conveniences include Dollar General and Sassy Bass Market, just a short drive away for groceries and beach supplies.
Local restaurants include favorites such as Tacky Jack’s, Sassy Bass (two locations), Coast Restaurant, and Jesse’s on the Bay, many of which feature fresh seafood and live local entertainment.
Fishing enthusiasts will enjoy the Fort Morgan Fishing Pier, now open and offering excellent opportunities for inshore fishing.
Nature lovers won’t want to miss the nearby Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge, a stunning 7,000-acre preserve with several scenic hiking trails where visitors can observe coastal wildlife and native plants.

Plan on visiting again soon. We enjoyed our stay. Getting in and out of the driveway during the day could get a bit tricky, but only at times. They are building a new home across the road. Workers and suppliers was there alot. We were in the area last month for a week and had driven buy several times and knew what to expect. Thanks for a great week!

We loved staying at Fins and Flaingos! The home had everything you need! No need to bring your own “good cookware” they have you covered. The kitchen was completely stocked with everything ( except food). It is a very comfortable place and pet friendly.
We had a wonderful unobstructed view of the gulf when we arrived, however soon after our arrival, construction started on a new house which now blocks the gulf view.

This was my first time to leave the cold winter (and sometimes snowy) days of middle Tennessee and head south to Fort Walton. I spent months trying to find the perfect spot for a two month stay. I was fortunate enough to find Fins & Flamingos. This home has spectacular views of the Gulf and parts of Mobile Bay. The location is perfect. Fins and Flamingos is directly across the street from the beach. Great restaurants (we really liked Sassy Bass) are less than 10 min away. The actual Fort is 2 miles away and a must see. This home exceeded my expectations. It was just the right size. The kitchen had great appliances including an Air Fryer, Instant Pot (I used that a lot) and a crock pot. Plus all the normal dishes and glasses were well stocked.
A bonus we didn't expect was Mardi Gras. A parade on the Sunday before Ash Wednesday came right down our street in front of Fins and Flamingos. Needless to say, we got LOTS of beads and moon pies.
I could go on and on about Coastal View Vacations. This property management company was totally accommodating and stopped by the second day after our arrival. They would periodically check in to make sure all was going good. They have a great team to help you with the reservation, checking in, and living the Salt Life Dream.
Thanks to the Fins and Flamingos Owner and Coastal View Vacations for a great first time Snowbird Experience. I have already planned next years Snowbird Experience.

This was our first trip to Gulf Shores . We stayed at a house at Surf side Shores prior to this property. By hands down Fins &flamingos was the best. The location was superb and the views breathtaking. The ease of beach access was amazing. The house itself was well stocked with all necessities and then some. The house is well maintained and very comfortable. We were happy we were allowed to bring our beloved dog. The management team were friendly and helpful. The outdoor shower was a little lacking but our biggest disappointment was we were only able to extend our stay one extra day because guest were coming in. Loved the beach. Would recommend. Would love to return in the future but looks like a house is going to be built directly in front of this property, therefore it will block views and take away close beach access.

Our last minute getaway was just perfect. The house had a good view, nice beds and everything you could need. I have rented many places over the years and have never been so impressed with the abundance of amenities, organization and details given to the kitchen, bath and general needs. It truly was the best rental experience I have had!
