The Space

We absolutely loved this property. It was great for a our family with lots of little kids. We loved how close it was to the beach. We could sit and rock on the porch and watch the kids play in the sand. We loved the quaintness of Fort Morgan but we could still run into Orange Beach if we wanted to. We would recommend this house a million times. And we are already hoping to have the chance to return next spring.

House is huge! Just my husband and I stayed but we needed a pet friendly location and wanted beachfront. Beds are comfortable. Plenty of seating in main areas. It’s well equipped for multiple families. House could use some maintenance but nothing major. This is our second time renting this house and we have really enjoyed both stays. Coastal View is great to work with. Easy check in and check out even with last minute booking.

Large home directly on the beach with the best stocked kitchen I’ve ever seen at a vacation rental. Only issue was with the back porch/deck area... cracked and warped boards, some nails sticking up, plastic and also dirty deck furniture. This is not a space we wanted to hang out in. I was told they were getting bids to repair or replace the deck, so hopefully that will be fixed soon. The close proximity to the beach made up for the back deck, though. Also, the mgmt company was very easy to work with.

Our extended family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Grand Paradise. Its location beachfront enabled our mamas with babies a much easier way to
access and enjoy the beach. The bedrooms with two queen beds gave our young families the extra room needed. The massive built in bunk was perfect. Plenty of seating for casual and eating. Everyone agrees it was the best stay in Morgantown so far. And as usual the rental agency responded quickly to an issue. Thanks

Love the proximity to the beach, the gigantic deck (we spent a ton of time out there!), and all of the generous seating in the main living area. The kiddos were absolutely crazy about the bunk room. Said it was their favorite part of the trip. Plenty of dishes and pots and pans to use for our crowd of 22. Management was super responsive and friendly.

Our family of 18 enjoyed our second summer in this amazingly warm and spacious home, we plan to continue staying in this house. The easy access to the beach and the spacious floor plan is so accommodating. We did experience a few maintenance issues this time but the staff were quick to acknowledge and start the process of repairs. The larger primary bathroom on the top floor still had issue with the toilet backing up when we left but I’m sure they will resolve that. The deck definitely needs some upkeep. There were several screws loose and sticking up and we also noticed some rotted wood on that deck that could be harmful to someone’s foot especially young children. All in all none of those things would deter me from booking again!

From the first conversation with the team at Coastal View Vacations (I think I spoke with each and every one- From Jen to Deb to Tamara, and others, pardon any omissions), I met with only the finest customer service! Our property manager, Dee, was the best, and so quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay, even coming herself to make sure a slow shower drain was resolved! As for the house...our family and friends group, composed of 15 adults, ages 25-75, including a one year-ld experienced a great time in the house, Grand Paradise. Descriptions and photos accurately portrayed this lovely, spacious home, featuring an amazing, fully equipped kitchen and huge eating area, plenty of room for such a large group. The two lengthy tables and large gathering area invited our game-loving group and became a favorite indoor spot for all. But, for all beach-loving groups, this was a beautiful spot. Just steps from the spacious deck, the softest white beach awaits. We took two pop-up tents and stood them together at a slant and maximized our shade. The few times we decided to drive into Gulf Shores for putt putt golf and restaurants were no problem. For most of us, it was worth it to have far less people in Ft. Morgan!

The lady that supports the website made our stay even more enjoyable. She helped with our house selection, which was great, and she helped us find transportation, groceries, and restaurants nearby. House was huge! We had ample space for 16 females. It was nice being on the beach, too. Would highly recommended staying here!

First let me say that this company saved our vacation!!! My family & I rented a house in St George Island & we were evacuated a day & a half into our vacation due to hurricane Helene. We were devastated!!......... but the company/ owner allowed us to rent this house for the remaining 5 days of our vacation. They truly saved our vacation which ended wonderfully.The house itself is perfect!!!!! It is beautifully designed, roomy, clean, & just steps from the Gulf. The master bedroom & the bunkroom were everyone's favorite --- if you rent this house, you will see why. Everything in the house worked perfectly, no complaints from the guest at all. The house is simply wonderful.& about 3 or 4 days in, the company even texted me to check on us. The company went above & beyond with their service. & the personal touch of them reaching out to check on us was mind blowing. Good costumer service/ relations are hard to find.Final report - I would definitely highly recommend using this company & renting this house. I will most certainly use them again & stay at Grand Paradise. ----- thank you!!!!

We were able to have all children, spouses, grandchildren together for a wonderful week.

This house was made for us.

The hosts could not have been more helpful.

This beach front home was an amazing place for our large family vacation. Just steps from the beach with plenty of room for us all to have some personal space and large living and dining areas to gather for meals and games, we will definitely come back! Also the owners reached and were so friendly, warning us about weather and checking in on us!

Home was wonderful! Great location, not too over crowded in March. House has everything we needed in the kitchen, plenty of towels, grill was great to have, plenty of seating for our large family and plenty of rooms and beds.
Would've been nice to be able to open some windows, seeming how we couldn't adjust the AC. The Westside of the house got extremely warm in the afternoon. Also need more rugs or a small vacuum. Sand was everywhere, which is expected, just wish we could've cleaned it up a little. Overall though, our experience was great!

Overall a good vacation. A/C units struggled to maintain temperatures. The downstairs A/C during the day stayed around 78-80 (with minimal traffic going in and out). Single ice maker in the fridge can’t keep up with the amount of people staying in the house. Location is great for getting on and off the beach but it is crowded because of the public board walk beside the house and the beach itself is narrow. Much more crowded than previous spots we have stayed at Fort Morgan.

Our family had a wonderful vacation in this home. The kitchen area was large with plenty of seating for our family. The cabinets were fully stocked with every plate, cup, utensils, pot and pan you needed. We cooked most of our meals so really loved having 2 refrigerators. The deck was very big with plenty of seating for our group. Home was very clean. The kids and teenagers LOVED the bunk room. Everyone also really liked that there were fans in the rooms. Under the house was a great space for outdoor games. We had rain nearly every morning, but had plenty of room for our group to sit and play cornhole. We used the grill and it was very nice.

The few things we would recommend to owner is to fix the loud dryer. It worked fine, but sounded like it was on its last legs. More bath towels in bathrooms would be great. Only 4 bath towels in bathroom with a party of 25 meant wr washed towels constantly. The door to the deck worked, but had a catch in the know that was difficult for our ljttles to open. There was a public beach access right next door so was very crowded and rental canopies were placed right in front of our house. Would have been nice to have a clear view of the water, but there were so many canopies out.

Regardless, those were little things and our family had a wonderful time. Would definitely stay again.

It is a great location. About 40 steps from door to water. The house layout works well. Our extended family had a blast. The sand traffic required us to buy entry rugs and a broom. The interior is clean , but needs some paint and minor repairs. The area under the house had multiple abandoned umbrellas/tents...and trash. We cleaned it up. .....overall it was great.4

Grand Paradise was a lovely getaway for our family. The house was spacious and clean, a great location for a beach vacation. The big porch overlooking the beach was a favorite spot for some of the adults.The beach was beautiful, clean with powdery sand, perfect for the children to play. We enjoyed our stay immensely.
