The Highlights
Beach front. For some, that's enough but Noah's Ark features so much more. Exterior decking, some covered, some uncovered, provides ample outdoor space for watching and listening to the surf just a few feet away. You'll enjoy watching the wildlife and, if you're lucky, you'll have a front row seat to the Blue Angels when they practice along the coast. A wall of windows in the living area ensures that, even when inside, you'll still have amazing water views. A commercial ice maker and separate beverage fridge are important touches that the owner has provided.
The Space
Two story great room with a wall of windows allows you to take advantage of the spectacular views, even from the inside. An updated, well-equipped kitchen allows you to prepare tasty meals for those times that you choose to dine in. Ample dining space and spacious bedrooms allow for plenty of room for your group to spread out.
The primary bedroom is located on the upper level and has a King-sized bed, a private bath with a jetted tub and stall shower. And, more importantly, spectacular water views. There is also a loft space on the upper level that contains a Twin over Twin bunk.
The remaining four bedrooms are all on the lower level. There is a King room with a private bath. This room also has amazing Gulf Views!
There is also a Queen room with a full bath. This full bath opens to both the hall and the Queen room. The other Queen room and the bunk room share a Jack and Jill Bath.
On the ground level, there is a hot/cold water shower and a half bath. This is ideal for those quick trips from the beach when you want to avoid bringing sand and water into the house.
* Renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Fort Morgan and Morgantown
Morgantown is a lovely, unique seaside community featuring two swimming pools, a kiddie pool, two lighted tennis/pickleball courts and several beach access boardwalks. When you first arrive, you'll notice pride of ownership in this pastel colored, beautifully landscape neighborhood. Guests really enjoy walking and biking along the quiet streets and many rent golf carts and enjoy sunset drives. If you have small children or just prefer the convenience of parking close to the beach, there is a public lot just to the west of Morgantown.
Located a scenic 15 miles from Gulf Shores, you'll find everything you need close at hand. Dollar General and Sassy Bass Market are just a few miles away and have all the basics you might need. There are several restaurants nearby offering a variety of tasty dishes. Tacky Jack's, Sassy Bass (2 locations), Coast and brand-new Jesse's (opening soon) to name a few. Some venues even offer live, local entertainment.
Fort Morgan fishing pier is now open, and anglers will have access to convenient inshore fishing and the abundant species locally available.
Be sure and visit nearby Bon Secour Wildlife Refuge with over 7,000 acres of coastal habit. You'll be able to hike through the preserve and observe local flora and fauna. There are 4 trails, varying in size and terrain, and you'll definitely want to make time to visit this natural oasis.

This property is well-located in Morgantown on the beach. The views from the interior are superb with the Gulf view from a "wall of glass." About 6.5 miles down the road is Fort Morgan with the Mobile Bay Ferry that can take you to Dauphin Island for a day of biking. About 4 miles towards town is a new fine dining restaurant, Jesse's on the Bay. Noah's Ark is well-maintained with all the features you want for a Gulf vacation.

We picked a hot time of year in the middle of a heat wave but in this house we never lost view of the beautiful beach. We also encountered jellyfish so we were not able to spend as much time in the ocean as we would have liked. The entire beachfront wall of windows allowed us to stay cool and still watch the waves, view the birds, and even spot dolphins. There were plenty of kitchen wares, towels, games, and books to enjoy. Location is a beautiful neighborhood about 25 miles from Gulf shores. Far enough away from the city to enjoy peace but close enough to go have some fun. The house manager, Linda, came over to help us with a remote control issue. She was very sweet and gave us recommendations for child friendly activities in the area. We went on the Sunny Lady Dolphin Cruise and it was really fun for kids and adults alike. I highly recommend Noah’s Ark beach house. Hope to come back sometime.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Noah's Ark. The layout of the house is great for more than one family. It was very clean and neat. Our only complaint was the drive to go to restaurants.

Our vacation was excellent. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely rent here again. Please be advised - we did see one huge cockroach in the king room downstairs. I did kill it.

We wanted to submit a five-star review the moment we walked into the house! The home was equipped far better than any home we’ve ever used. The kitchen had a great layout for cooking and the separate bar had everything we needed, including an ice machine that kept our coolers full! The rooms were spread out and spacious. Beds very comfortable. Great master bath. Grill in the carport worked great. Very clean! Beach was steps away. Outdoor bathroom and shower very handy. Wonderful value. We loved it so much we extended our stay, and the management company was very prompt and responsive. 100% recommend!

We had 3 families and 14 total people. It worked out well, plenty of room for everyone. Amazing views. Outdoor shower and toilet were nice to have. Plenty of dishes, pans, etc for cooking. Ice machine was clutch, no need to run and grab multiple bags of ice everyday. Only downside was we did encounter a few large roaches each evening in various places. Property manager was informed and they are looking into it. The other negative is not related to the house but Morgantown always had a basketball hoop but it appears that no longer exists. Otherwise, it was a great time in a great location. We would come back.

The basketball hoop was removed while they resurfaced the courts, but the plan is to replace it soon. Unfortunately, coastal homes are prone to insects and all homes are on pest control problems. We have been coming here for years and always love it. This is our 4-5 year at this specific home. Best views and the family loves it. Over the last couple years its a little sad to see that the property isn't being maintained well. The main bathroom ceiling has a significant amount of water damage, most rooms have large drywall cracks. Unfortunately we were welcomed by many many cockroaches which continued through the duration of our stay. Noahs Ark you can do better bc I've seen it. Great property mgt company, quick responses and professional attitudes.
