Whimsical and wonderful! Welcome to Rolf's Crabby Daddy! This cottage on the lagoon is guaranteed to cheer up even the crabbiest wayfarer! The sunny living room and eat in kitchen open on to a wonderful deck with front row seating to our beautiful Little Lagoon. There are two bedrooms, one full bath and a sleeper sofa in the living room. In all, Rolf's Crabby Daddy will comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. But if 8 isn't enough, Rolf's got friends in gulf places! Just across the street, is our waterfront Rolf's Retreat with room for 10 more. Come see why we've cornered the best of both worlds. This home is equipped with a pack 'n play.

You'll find something for everyone here! Fishing, crabbing, lagoon and gulf is all at your fingertips. Plus, you are just a few miles from the heart of Gulf Shores.

Beach access is located 1/4 mile east of the unit.

The house is located on the bayside and there is a path back to the bay. Perfect place for kids! Calm water and a small beach. Short walk across the street to the beach. Your access is through Rolf’s Retreat on the beachside. It’s the blue house across the street.

It is in a great location with private access to the lagoon. We have small children and it was a very windy week with strong rip tides so the lagoon was a better choice for swimming.

We had a magnificent experience renting this beach house! It was beyond clean and the service was amazing! Access to the beach was right across the street and the bay access was directly behind the house so we had private access to both sides! For those Rainey days they had a nice TV and an relaxing place to lounge! With the main strip just minutes down the road there was always things to do and places to eat. I HIGHLY recommend staying here if you want a great experience with you stay at the beach!

Awesome little house to vacation in! Very short walk to both the beach and bay right behind the house.
Interior is retro and full of character. Kitchen is fully stocked with any cooking utensils, pots and pans you'll need to cook with.
Location is somewhat secluded which we absolutely loved being away from the busy areas.
The deck is perfect for sunset dinners. If you're thinking about staying here I would highly recommend you do!
Such a cool little house and we definitely plan to visit again!

It was an excellent experience. It sleeps 8 but is a little small for 8 people. Knew that going in though so no saying anything bad about it. Had an awesome view of the lagoon and easy access to the beach. Had everything we needed kitchen wise while we were there. Loved how it was out past the main strip a bit and wasn’t as crowded. Would definitely recommend to a small group/family. Would defiantly stay there again with just my family.

We absolutely loved this location! Very convenient to the attractions and stores we needed. Home was fully stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen and bathroom! Was clean and cute! Very short walk to either the lagoon or the , my husband and my 4 teen kiddos fit comfortably here. We would love to come back!!

Great stay! While the house is small as far as living quarters it was comfortable for me my wife and two teenage children. The deck is massive with lots of seating and a virtually unobstructed view of the sunrise that I enjoyed with my coffee every morning.100 yds in one direction your at the beach 100 yds in the other the lagoon with a picnic table where we enjoyed kayaking.I have stayed in many rentals that advertised a fully equipped kitchen they all fail in comparison to the crabby daddy hands down. The property managers were very easy to deal with absolutely no issues there everything was as promised. While it was my first visit to the crabby daddy it’s a safe bet that it won’t be my last. If I had to complain about anything I didn’t find the master bedroom mattress very comfortable but the wife loved it so essentially that’s still a win right?
