The Highlights
Retreat from it all at this one-story beach front delight! What's the point of staying directly on the beach if you don't have loads of outdoor space. And this home has loads of outdoor living space, both covered and uncovered. Dine, read, gaze at the surf or just relax in a lounger. Your choice! Walk down just a few steps and you are a few steps from the water's edge.
The homeowner is an artist, and you'll appreciate the playful yet serene interior. Guests really appreciate the open floor plan with the kitchen, living and dining areas all in one large space. The living area features a large sectional which provides a great spot for everyone to gather at the end of the day. Watch a movie, play a game or just discuss the adventures of the day. The well-equipped kitchen has all you'll need to prepare simple meals when you choose to dine in. There is seating for everyone at the table and granite breakfast bar.
The primary bedroom features a King-sized bed, balcony access and a private en suite bath. You won't even need to get out of bed to watch the dolphins swim by! There are two additional bedrooms, one with a King bed and one with a Queen as well as a Twin over Full Bunk room. The owner is in the process of adding a twin trundle to the bunk room. These 3 bedrooms share a hall bath with tub/shower combination. For the tiny ones, there is a pack 'n play (bring your own sheets).
If you have a larger group, we have another home that sleeps 8 more, just across the street. It's called Rolf's Crabby Daddy and it has a fantastic view of the lagoon. We would love to share our homes with you and hope to see you soon! Guests are free to use the lagoon access at Crabby Daddy and the guests at Crabby Daddy have permission to use the path to the right of Rolf's Retreat to access the beach.

The porch, location and distance to the beach are awesome. The oven didn't work, wasted food trying to use. The main bedroom sliding doors were very difficult to open.

Property was everything it was described as-no surprises. House was very clean & comfortable. The back deck area was great!(35 steps to beach after coming off the deck.) I definitely would recommend Rolf's Retreat to family & friends.

My whole family loved Rolf's Retreat. It had the best beach access. The rooms are spacious, furniture is comfortable, porch is huge, wifi works great, kitchen is well-stocked, and everything was clean. Get a grocery delivery and be beach bums!

We had a wonderful stay! It was great to have the beach right there, and we absolutely loved the big deck. The place was very clean and well kept. There were a couple of things that could use updating/replacement, such as the lamp with electrical tape in the one bedroom and the grill, which was unusable, but they were small things that didn’t really bother us. Our kids loved playing football on the beach, and we liked that we were close enough to drive to a variety of restaurants. We would definitely recommend this place to others.

This cottage on the beach was just what was needed.
I would recommend sheets with deeper pockets as they came undone each time; and supply some coffee filters and a dishcloth.

We loved our stay at this place. The little house can use some love but nothing so bad as to keep us from returning. The beds were very comfortable which is a big thing for us. The kitchen was very well stocked and the furniture although a little worn was comfy. The decks outside were great. You're just steps to the beach. The location of this house is awesome. You're away from the busy traffic and it is very nice and quite. I can't say enough about the coastal view team. They were awesome. From the initial reservation to the time of checkout, they were great! I would definitely recommend this little house!

This was our first time reserving a home instead of a condo. I absolutely loved it! It was comfortable, private, cozy. My teens would have preferred a little closer to the night life lol but us adults loved it. The drive to stores or food was convenient. The walk to the beach was very easy for my mother who has oxygen. The only issue we had was there were no flags flying to indicate how the waters were. The view was spectacular. The deck was very enjoyable, the swing and grill area was also refreshing. We loved it.

This house was perfect for my family. We loved the location, minutes away from shops, however we never wanted to leave. It was incredible to be able to step off the back patio right onto the sand. It was like we had our own private beach. The house had everything we needed. Beds were so comfortable! And when we asked to stay an extra night, the management company was very accommodating & easy to work with! We will absolutely be back!

We had an amazing time. Loved being able to be right in the beach. My grandson loves being able to walk out there and fish. The home was very spacious and suited our family perfectly. The back deck was both sunny/shady. My mother could relax and not have to worry about getting sunburn.

We love this home for our yearly beach vacation. The patio is the star with the option to stay in the shade or enjoy the sun. It's steps to the beach and the views are amazing. We had A/C issues this go round but the owners were quick to respond. Overall a lovely home, well stocked and the perfect little beach house.
