The Highlights

Welcome to the Shell Seeker! This custom, 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath home has everything, and more, that you want in your beach vacation home. Enjoy massive 12x40 decks, complete with upgraded Polywood furniture, sporting fabulous Gulf and sunset views. Inside, you'll discover high end finishes including custom cabinetry, Cambria Quartz, and high-end LVP flooring. Three of the bedrooms have private en suite baths and there are multiple living spaces so there is plenty of room to spread out. Pro Tip: Be sure and turn on the deck party lights in the evening for a fabulous outdoor atmosphere.

The Space

The lower level features a spacious kitchen with ample counter space and a large, conveniently located pantry. Stainless steel appliances and a very well-equipped kitchen (even a KitchenAid stand mixer) make mealtime a breeze. The dining table comfortably seats 10 and there is additional seating for 4 at the kitchen island. Large windows in the dining area provide wonderful sunset views.

There is one bedroom on this lower level. You’ll find a King-sized bed, a full private bath and gulf views. In addition to the living room, there is another cozy seating area with a wine/coffee bar. A laundry room with large capacity washer and dryer and a powder bath complete the interior of the first level.

Step outside to the deck and you'll find a dining table with 6 chairs, an Adirondack tete-a-tete and a teak conversation set. Perhaps the best feature of this lower deck is the party lights that create the best atmosphere for outdoor dining, star gazing or just hanging out. This lower deck has a gate, so the kiddos stay safe.

The upper level contains 4 additional bedrooms. Two are equipped with King beds, private baths and Gulf views. The other two bedrooms, one a King and one, with Twin over Twin and Full over Full bunks, share a hall bath. The bunk room has a new, wall mounted, 43" smart TV. There is another living space with a smart TV on this upper-level, ideal for larger groups.

The well-furnished upper deck contains a comfortable sectional, another tete-a-tete set and bar seating with six stools. There are even two large rockers if you prefer. This is the best location to catch the sunsets or a mid-afternoon catnap.

Under the house you'll find a picnic table, corn hole game and a gas grill.

For your security and protection, there is one Ring doorbell at the interior entry door. The owner does not receive notifications. Parking for up to 6 vehicles.

* Renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Fort Morgan and Morgantown

Morgantown is a lovely, unique seaside community featuring two swimming pools, a kiddie pool, two lighted tennis/pickleball courts and several beach access boardwalks. When you first arrive, you'll notice pride of ownership in this pastel colored, beautifully landscape neighborhood. Guests really enjoy walking and biking along the quiet streets and many rent golf carts and enjoy sunset drives. If you have small children or just prefer the convenience of parking close to the beach, there is a public lot just to the west of Morgantown.

Located a scenic 15 miles from Gulf Shores, you'll find everything you need close at hand. Dollar General and Sassy Bass Market are just a few miles away and have all the basics you might need. There are several restaurants nearby offering a variety of tasty dishes. Tacky Jack's, Sassy Bass (2 locations), Coast and brand-new Jesse's (opening soon) to name a few. Some venues even offer live, local entertainment.

Fort Morgan fishing pier is now open, and anglers will have access to convenient inshore fishing and the abundant species locally available.
