Welcome to Sun Kissed West! This cozy, small dog friendly, Ft Morgan duplex beach cottage is the perfect, affordable choice for your gulf front vacation! The first thing you'll notice when you arrive is the new, expansive deck that will provide you with spectacular sunset views! Imagine yourself on one of the Polywood lounge chairs watching the sun sink below the horizon.
This adorable cottage has an open floor plan with comfortable seating area where you'll get more of that million-dollar view. You'll find counter stools for dining and a full kitchen for fixing simple meals. For those nights when you want to dine out, you can make the 15-minute scenic drive into town or try one of many tasty local options.
The master bedroom features a king bed where you can wake up to the amazing Gulf view. The second bedroom has a full bed and a twin over twin bunk. This home has one full bath and one-half bath. Guests really appreciate the convenience of having a house right on the beach. Returning for drink refills, snacks or quick nap takes just seconds.

Fort Morgan
Located a scenic 15 miles from Gulf Shores, you'll find everything you need close at hand. Dollar General and Sassy Bass Market are just a few miles away and have all the basics you might need. There are several restaurants nearby offering a variety of tasty dishes. Tacky Jack's, Sassy Bass (2 locations), Coast and brand-new Jesse's (opening soon) to name a few. Some venues even offer live, local entertainment.
Fort Morgan fishing pier is now open, and anglers will have access to convenient inshore fishing and the abundant species locally available.
Be sure and visit nearby Bon Secour Wildlife Refuge with over 7,000 acres of coastal habit. You'll be able to hike through the preserve and observe local flora and fauna. There are 4 trails, varying in size and terrain and you'll definitely want to make time to visit this natural oasis.

This duplex was perfect for my family of 5! The whole of the space isn’t large but it was plenty for us (3 small kids). It is updated and well kept. The location to the beach can’t be beat! We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend to a small family.

This is a great little house, right on the beach, and with fantastic views from the decking. It is attractively simple and perfect for a small family (2 adults, 2-3 kids). It's also within easy driving distance of local restaurants and stores. We had a great time, and will definitely come back.

We had a great time! Right on the beach. Just walk out the door and enjoy the beautiful sand and water. We loved being away from all the crazy spring break crowd. Would definitely stay again.

We and our dog had a wonderful, relaxing stay at this charming and super clean beach rental. The rooms are nicely decorated and remodeled. The expansive deck had nice furniture. Nothing beat being right on the ocean! It was in a peaceful location as well as close to restaurants. Great communication with management. Will visit again.

What an amazing stay. You can't get any closer to the powder soft sand and the surf.
The house was well appointed, cozy and comfortable. Would highly recommend this property especially considering some brand new remodeling the owner has planned that will make the property even more perfect than it already is.
As for the property management company, Coastal View is top notch and truly cares about their customers and owners. We've used many property managers for vacations all over the country in the past, and no one holds a candle to Coastal View

Love this place and the location . The duplex was accommodating for our stay, everything we needed to be comfortable. When check in time came I got a test from a representative, which was super nice. We love Fort Morgan and the beaches are beautiful! This time of the year it is not very crowded.

Had a great time with my siblings. House was nice and clean. AC unit quit Saturday afternoon. Repairman did not get there until 10:30 that night. Unit quit again by morning. Old ac unit. Needs to be replaced. Other than that was a great stay. Outside the house needs updating
