The Space
The cooks in the group will love the granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. An open floor plan means everyone can join in the fun. The dining table is strategically placed by the windows, so you'll enjoy the scenery, even at mealtimes. There is a beautiful living area with gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico. The living room opens onto a Gulf front covered patio. This home sleeps 16. There are 5 bedrooms, and an upstairs loft area that contains a sleep sofa.

Two months on the Gulf at Sunflower is a great winter getaway which we plan to repeat for the next several years. The house is perfect for our gang and the management team is very accommodating with quick response to our needs and questions. I would recommend any properties managed by Coastal View. They are exceptional!!

We loved our Gulf Shores stay at the Sunflower! The rooms were great and we especially enjoyed that each had it's own bathroom. The kitchen was set up for entertaining and we had plenty of space. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

House is older but in good shape. Literally right on the beach, just a few steps to the water. Only problem is condos across the street have beach access so it is very crowed. Would be nice if only home owners had access to beach in front of their house.

Was a great getaway! Right on the beach. The kitchen was well stocked. Everything was clean. Our only negative was that the mattresses were worn and need to be replaced.

Sunflower was the perfect spot to spend January and February. Plenty of room for seven of us. This was our seventh winter in Gulf Shores and we could not have found a better management company than Coastalview! DeLayne and Jen responded immediately to the few minor issues we had. The house size is fantastic, was very clean, and the kitchen was well stocked. Many don’t realize the difference between renting for two winter months versus one summer week! Coastalview does! We will most likely be making Sunflower a permanent winter retreat home.

Our house was spacious and well designed. We enjoyed the two levels of decking to view the beach, water, birds, and dolphins! We had space to gather and room to be on our own.
Wish we would have had more amenities: beach chairs, spare blankets, games/cards, area map.

The Sunflower was a wonderful place to stay in Gulf Shores. It was close enough to dining and activities, yet far enough that the beach wasn’t crowded. The house was cute and clean. We had one maintenance issue but it was dealt with very quickly. I’d highly recommend this place to stay and would definitely book it again.

We stayed at the sunflower last week with our family of 12. It was very spacious and was nicely located and directly on the beach. The views from the living areas and upstairs master/balcony were breathtaking. We would definitely stay here again.
The only negative feedback would be to maybe update the dining room table (badly stripped) and update the cooking utensils. Bring a can opener because theirs needs to be thrown away.
We rented chairs and umbrellas from Ike’s. While we had to take them out and put them up each day, it was well worth the money and effort to have the nice chairs. We also rented a volleyball net which many guests enjoyed throughout the week!

We had a great time at the Sunflower. It's hard to tell from the photos, but the water is just a short walk from the house. Each of the five bedrooms has a private bathroom. The kitchen is well-equipped. The house is very close to restaurants and shopping.

This was the perfect house for our trip. We had 13 people and it never felt crowded at all. It's a perfect location, not far from town and steps from the beach. The owner of the home is very easy to work with and responds quickly. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this home to anyone looking!

Literally “steps” to the beach and close to grocery/restaurants but not on the main drag which can get very congested. House is well laid out and felt clean. No “extras” provided; bring your own hairdryer, salt, etc... hvac didn’t work correctly while we were there

Our family of 16, with 4 generations present, had the best time! Everything was as-is listed! Very clean. Plenty of room for all of us. Beds are a little rickety, but we were all so tired by the end of each day-no one cared! Bigger than expected! Thank you!
